Riot Fest in Chicago

Riot Fest September 15-17, 2023 was simply epic and if you were there you’re very lucky.

It’s not a the first time, maybe it’s not for a case but in the last decade, Open Air Festival are trying to attract more and more people from different backgrounds and genres, anyway this is so cool if you don’t like to label music. Riot Fest has curated a lineup that caters to a wide range of musical sound and the 2023 linep was epic.

Foo Fighters, Turnstile, The Postal Service, Death Cab for Cutie, Queens of the Stone Age, The Cure, The Mars Volta, Mr. Bungle, Viagra Boys, The Interrupters, just to name a few, together with Fake Names, Gorilla Biscuits, H2O, The Bronx, Earth Crisis, Rival Schools, Snapcase, Drain, The Exploited, Pennywise, Quicksand and many more.

We’re in 2023 now, we are no longer ashamed to see seminal punk bands playing together on the same stage with last on trend bands. Music also plays an important role in the society, if from a side war, capitalism and digital social media wants to separate people, on the other side music still remain and represent a glue beetween people.

This is the new frontier of open air live festivals all around the globe and we’re happy that people can share this together, discovering new sounds and new bands.
